HOCKEY Off-Season training

3 options to suit your needs!

1. Comprehensive Off-Season Training Program (ages 14+)

 
  • 3x/week strength and conditioning with JB Performance (90 minute sessions)

  • 2x/week skill sessions with Greg Slobodzian (60 minute sessions). Back area of JB in May and June. Ice in July and August

  • Maximum of 6 athletes per group based on gender and age

  • Nutritional workbook to be completed throughout the off-season from Sport Dietitian Alison Friesen

  • Initial Assessment, individual program design, stride analysis

  • $599/month for May and June. $799/month for July and August

 

2. off-season training program (ages 14+)

  • 3x/week strength and conditioning with JB Performance (90 minute sessions)

  • Maximum of 8 athletes per group based on gender and age

  • Nutritional workbook to be completed throughout the off-season from Sport Dietitian Alison Friesen

  • Initial Assessment, individual program design

  • $399/month

 

3. Beginner off-season training program (ages 10-13)

  • 1x/week $79/month

  • 2/week $139/month

  • 3x/week $199/month

  • 60 minute sessions

  • Maximum of 12 athletes per session
