1) do you have to be an athlete to workout here?

Absolutely not! 70% of our clients are regular people looking to improve their fitness and lead a healthier lifestyle!

 

2) How exactly does it work?

It's simple! You get your own program designed specifically for you! We base the program off of your goals and what we see in the initial assessment. We understand that flexible scheduling is a MUST in most people's lives, so we have 7 time slots throughout the day that you can book into.You will be working out with other rad individuals (each of whom have their own program). You'll make new friends and get copious amounts of high fives at the end of each workout. We can't guarantee they won't be sweaty.

 

3) what's your training style/philosophy?

We're all about creating a great training experience, however, if you're looking to be yelled at, you've come to the wrong place. Our job is to provide a high value training service that's individualized, meaning we look at YOU and create a specific workout that maximizes results to suit your lifestyle. We know one size doesn't fit all, so through constant adjustments, attention to detail and experienced coaching, our goal is for you to achieve yours. Glorified rep-counting and cookie cutter programs aren't our thing. 

 

4) BUT... I'M SCARED

We get it. This isn't your typical gym. It can be scary to try something new. It can also be liberating! There isn't any other family quite like the JB Family. We even go on field trips together...no joke. But in all honesty, the group of people here are amazing, the environment is supportive and what you'll get at JB is a comprehensive approach that you won't get anywhere else. If you have questions, approach us. We're more than happy to sit down with anyone who walks through our doors. Ask the athletes, the moms, the dads, the kids, the grandmas and any of the other wonderful clientele we have.
